Blank Labels
Die-cut blank labels can be made of many materials, including Uncoated Paper, Opaque (cover-up), Matte Litho, Thermal Transfer Paper, Direct thermal paper, Silver or Gold Metallic Paper or
Film, Vinyl, BOPP, Polyolefin & Polyester. They can be delivered as die-cut blanks on rolls with
or without a Perf or fan folded. The customer then can print or hand write their variable data on
to the label, such as Lot Code, Expiration Date, or Tracking Numbers; often a combination of
variable copy (product name, shipping address or information) and a barcode. The bar code label
can be used for tracking, inventory control, and many other applications. Remember Dot Matrix Printing? Yes we still do dot matrix labels/pinfed labels.
Consecutive Barcodes
With QTL’s Thermal Printers & Digital Press we can provide you with labels containing variable data. Quality Tape & Label can provide you with pre-printed & blank labels containing variable data, eliminating the need to buy variable printing equipment to do in-house. Consecutive bar codes
and corresponding human-readable copy can be printed with a "starting code" and an "ending
code", or using random or pre-determined cells from a spreadsheet or data file.
